1) Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access this website. By entering, you confirm adult content is legal where you live. Misrepresentation of age may result in termination and potential legal action.

2) Nature of Services

Heavenly Harlots operates as a promotional and networking platform. We do not host creator content; we promote creators and route traffic via branded QR codes to their chosen platforms (e.g., Fansly/OnlyFans). Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Heavenly Harlots a limited license solely for promotional use.

3) Prohibited Content

Zero tolerance for illegal or harmful material. Submissions may not include:

• Minors or “barely legal” impersonations.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, non-consensual acts (including simulated without proof of consent), or real violence.
• Incest (except step-roleplay with clear disclaimers), hidden-camera or revenge porn, doxing.
• Illegal drugs/trafficking, hate speech, terrorism.

Violations may result in immediate suspension and referral to law enforcement.

4) QR Codes & Analytics

• Each creator is assigned a unique Heavenly Harlots QR code; cloning, altering, or redirecting without authorization is prohibited.
• QR scans may collect anonymous analytics (e.g., timestamp, region, device type). We do not profile individual fans.
• Upon termination, the associated QR code is deactivated and must not be used further.

5) Subscription & Payments

• Participation requires a paid subscription (Basic/Silver/Gold/Platinum). Add-ons (graphics, editing, merch) may incur additional fees.
• Billing is monthly and non-refundable once processed.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes breach these Terms and may result in suspension.

6) Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend/terminate for prohibited content, QR/IP misuse, harassment/fraud, or reputational harm.
• Creators may cancel with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle; QR codes deactivate upon cancellation.

7) Privacy & Data Protection

• We comply with 18 U.S.C. §2257 performer age/ID verification for creators.
• IDs are stored securely and encrypted; we do not publicly share legal identities. Public materials use stage names and promotional personas.
• We follow applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA). You may contact us to exercise data rights where applicable.

8) Intellectual Property

• “Heavenly Harlots,” related logos, designs, and QR systems are the property of Heavenly Harlots LLC.
• Unauthorized cloning, resale, or derivative use of our branding or systems is prohibited.
• Creators retain content ownership and grant us a limited license solely for lawful promotional use.

9) DMCA & Copyright Policy

We honor the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Report alleged infringement to our DMCA Agent:

We may remove infringing materials and ban repeat offenders. Counter-notices may be submitted where removal was in error.

10) Acceptable Use

• No harassment, abuse, or targeted attacks.
• No misrepresentation of affiliation with Heavenly Harlots.
• No attempts to hack, disrupt, or manipulate site functions; no malware/viruses/deceptive redirects.

11) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee subscribers, sales, or income.
• We are not responsible for third-party reposts, piracy, or platform enforcement actions outside our control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid to Heavenly Harlots in the six (6) months preceding any claim.

12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (except small-claims-eligible matters), and international users consent to applicable treaty enforcement.

13) Updates to Policy

We may update these Terms & Policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
